The average price of a home in Israel, according to a survey by real estate portal Zillow, is around $1 million.
The survey showed that the country’s most expensive home was the three-bedroom home of Haggai, who sold it in 2015 for $3.5 million.
Haggai bought it in 2006, but his wife, Yaron, took over in 2012.
The couple’s four-bedroom apartment, built in 1962, was the first in Israel to have an outdoor kitchen.
The building has been the subject of many stories since.
The Zillows report noted that the average price in Israel in the first half of this year was $1.3 million.
It was the fourth highest in the world, according the report.
It is a result of a surge in new housing construction in Israel.
The average price for an apartment in Israel has grown by 10 percent since 2011.
The median price rose by 20 percent in the same period, according Zillower.
Hagai sold the home to a developer for $2.9 million, but it’s not clear what prompted his wife to take over the property.
In 2016, Haggagei sold a similar house in Jerusalem for $1,734,000.
The survey, which is based on a nationwide sample of over 8,000 properties, asked about properties that have sold for more than $2 million.
In Israel, the median sale price was about $2,600,000, according data from the National Bank of Israel.
