The property was originally built in 1924.
Located on a two-acre lot, Mayberry has been the site of many a birthday party, holiday parties and other gatherings.
The building has been remodeled several times over the years, including new windows, new flooring and flooring in the home’s bathrooms.
“This home is the perfect example of a timeless home in Lake Winnipesaukee,” said Mayberry Properties CEO Peter Dornstein.
“The style of the house, the landscaping, the finishes are just stunning and a lot of people like the look of this home.”
The home is a mix of Colonial Revival and modern American style, and includes an elevator and elevator shaft.
The kitchen features a granite countertop, double stools and two wine-cranberry-and-lemon wood appliances.
“We wanted to create an amazing space for all of our guests and the house has an open-concept design,” said Dornstone.

We now have a whole kitchen, a whole dining room and a whole bathroom, and we’ve got a lot more space.”
